For Medical Officer – Dental -30 years

For Non-Executive posts – 28 years

Age Relaxation: (SC/ST) – 5 years, (OBC- NCL) -  3 years

Rs. 500 - Medical Doctor (Gen/OBC/EWS)

Rs. 250 (Mining Foreman, Surveyor, Operator-cum-Technician and Nursing Sister)

Rs. 150 (Mining Mate and Attendant-cum-Technician)

No fee for SC/ST

Payment Mode: Challan mode only as specified in the advertisement
